Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy can be both an amazing experience for a mama as well as very overwhelming and emotional.
These pregnancy yoga classes will focus on how you can find a peaceful and calm place to sit within it all- emotionally and physically. We will explore practical yoga postures, breath work and relaxation for comfort during pregnancy. A time to nourish mama, rest your body and mind. You don’t need to have any yoga knowledge to take part in these classes..... it’s all very gentle and practical movement to get you in a happy, comfortable and relaxed place A time just for you and to connect with baba .

Parent and Baby Postnatal Yoga

A fun class for mommy and baby to connect whilst still moving your body in a practical and healing manner. This class combines baby massage techniques with variations if baba wants to be held.

If baba falls asleep during the session then this becomes a postpartum healing yoga class. Suitable for all new mamas after the 6 week / 10 week check with midwife.

No previous yoga experience needed for this class mama bear!

Women’s Slow Flow Yoga

Join me in an intimate women's yoga class which combines nourishing restorative postures, gentle feminine flow, invigorating Shakti pranayama, Yin postures and energy work. 

This class steps away from the linear movements in traditional yoga in favour of a nourishing rounded practice allowing the women who gather to feel grounded, restored and connected.

Fertility Yoga

These sessions are 121 sessions in which we can deeply delve into any specific and personal matters that can be addressed through yoga therapy for fertility.wether you are preparing the body, actively trying for a baby or going through IVF.

An personalised Yoga action plan will be put together to promote optimum health and well-being to maximise the chances of conception. 

Yoga for pregnancy loss

Experiencing a pregnancy loss can create a complete disconnection from our own bodies. We start to turn against our bodies feeling like they have failed us. These feelings arise in both miscarriages and terminations.

These 121 sessions will about bringing a sense of grounding and peace to reconnect body and mind. This allows the heart to heal. As the energies within the body move to create the space for peace.

Focusing on Pranayama and a very gentle restorative yoga practice for the body will soothe, calm and heal. We will explore the tools which will help you during the emotional process of a pregnancy loss.
